Your prosthetist must contact Customer Service at 210-481-4126 and provide the serial number of your hand. Your hand will be packaged to safeguard against damage while in transit and sent to our office in San Antonio, TX where an assessment of the malfunction and needed repair will be performed. Shipment by a traceable method is recommended as SteeperUSA will not be held responsible for packages demaged, lost or misplaced in transit.

To ensure prompt processing of the repair, the shipment should include a copy of the order form (if available), the return mailing address, email address and phone number of the prosthetic practice forwarding the hand. If your hand is covered under warranty, Steeper USA will remedy the issues as set forth in the warranty terms and conditions. To obtain an update on the status of the repair, please have the serial number available and contact Customer Service.
